Energizing Wellness at Work: SMBC & MUFiT Launch Health Program for Employees

Updated: Jun 30, 2025

On June 18–19, 2025, Menara SMBC in South Jakarta transformed into a vibrant hub of health and wellness as SMBC Indonesia, in collaboration with MUFiT and organized by Partner Event, officially kicked off its employee wellness initiative under the program name “Move It!” — Making Our Vibes Energized, Inspired & Transformed.

This two-day hybrid event marked the beginning of a larger health commitment aimed at improving the overall well-being of SMBC’s workforce. Hosted on the 27th floor of Menara SMBC, the program was designed to be both interactive and informative, offering a series of health-focused experiences and education in a casual and welcoming setting.

The kickoff event began with opening remarks from SMBC Indonesia and MUFiT representatives, followed by an engaging Meal Prep Demo with a certified nutritionist. This session included a live cooking demonstration, healthy eating tips, participant interaction, and a short quiz — helping participants see that nutritious meals can be both easy and enjoyable.

A major highlight of the event was the Wellness Bazaar, where employees were encouraged to explore a wide array of health-focused booths featuring various services, including mini medical check-ups, portable EKGs, body composition scans (BCM), reflexology massages, mindfulness sessions, and skin check-ups. Leading health and lifestyle brands such as Astra Life, Halodoc, Heartology, MyAstralife, Kalbe, and Fithub were present to offer accessible wellness services right at the workplace.

The interactive Passport Challenge system encouraged participation. Each attendee received a passport to collect stamps at different booths and sessions. Those who completed their passport activities and submitted a feedback form received exclusive wellness merchandise — an approach that made health fun, rewarding, and goal-oriented.

Day two expanded on the wellness experience with guided mindfulness and yoga classes, offering employees a moment of peace and body awareness amidst their workweek. Complementing this was the popular Fruit Day, where fresh juices and traditional Indonesian fruit salads (rujak) were distributed along with educational fun fact stickers to promote healthy snacking in the office.

Through this kick-off, SMBC Indonesia demonstrated its growing commitment to creating a workplace culture that not only values productivity but also prioritizes mental and physical well-being. Partner Event, together with MUFiT, proudly supported this initiative by managing the event end-to-end — from creative production and booth coordination to logistics and talent sourcing.
