Vansoncash Employee Gathering 2026: One Team, One Dream

A great team is built not only in the workplace, but also through the experiences people share beyond it. For its annual employee gathering, Vansoncash brought its team together for three days and two nights of recreation, team building, and celebration.

With the theme "One Team, One Dream — Bersatu, Berkarya, Berjaya," Partner Event designed a program that combined engaging team activities with plenty of time to relax, have fun, and appreciate the people behind the organization.

From friendly competitions and a cooking challenge to a barbecue evening and entertainment, the gathering offered a chance for colleagues to step away from their daily routines and enjoy being together as one team.

Day One: A Getaway Begins

The gathering began with a trip to Cimory Riverside, where participants had time to explore the destination before enjoying lunch together. After a relaxed start to the day, the group continued to Villa Montana, their home for the next few days.

Once everyone had checked in and settled into the villa, the afternoon shifted into an ice-breaking and engagement session. Designed to help colleagues connect in a more relaxed setting, the activities set the tone for the gathering ahead.

The evening continued with dinner, followed by a barbecue featuring grilled corn and sausages around a campfire. With good food and time to unwind together, the first day offered a welcome break from everyday work and an opportunity to reconnect outside the office.

Day Two: Teamwork, Games, and a Little Friendly Competition

The second day began with breakfast before the team moved into a morning of warm-ups, ice-breaking activities, and fun games.

The program then progressed into team-building challenges designed by Partner Event to encourage communication, collaboration, and a shared sense of achievement. Through a series of interactive activities, participants had the opportunity to work together, think creatively, and enjoy a little friendly competition.

After lunch, the excitement continued with the final game: a cooking contest.

Day Three: A Relaxed Farewell

The final day began with breakfast and free time, giving participants a chance to enjoy a relaxed morning before checking out.

After lunch, the group headed back to Jakarta, bringing the three-day gathering to a close.
